What is a basic task?

A browser based process that takes between 7- 15 minutes to do. Tasks are specific to web research, managing apps, small transcription and making purchases. Tasks like transcribing business card information to your LinkedIn, MailChimp, Google Contacts etc is one example. Updating Google spreadsheets by gathering data from websites is another good example. We've compiled a few examples here:

  • Is there a way to enter notes or special instructions in a UPS account for our home address so the delivery people will always take packages to the garage door instead of the front door?

Can I get a discount?

Sure! You receive a 15% discount on your subscription if you refer a friend. There's a unique refferal link in your Account page.

Why do you have two Dedicated plans?

To be user friendly.

You can pay Hourly rates for sending longer tasks to TimeSvr trained VAs and only be billed for usage. This plan is available at the rock bottom price of $85!

You can also hire dedicated Monthly support, much like hiring an employee on payroll, but through TimeSvr. We're super cheap for costs (at only $700/month), don't ask for benefits and save you the hassle of paying taxes or severance packages with our easy to use monthly subscription service. We're the best virtual support you'll ever find online! Google us, we've been doing this for years!

Where is the service available?

Everywhere. We offer full service in English around the world. Just note, some functionality (like calling mobile phones^ on the Personal Plan) might not be available in your region.

^ TimeSvr can call landlines and mobile phones both, in the United States, Canada, Singapore, China and Hong Kong only. We can also call landlines in Australia, Austria, Belgium, Chile, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guam, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan and UK (*only* 01 02 numbers). Arrangements can be made to call additional countries (for Dedicated users).

How do I pay? What is your refund policy?

If you're a new subscriber (without a promo code), your first 36 hours are free. From there-on a charge of $69/month is made via PayPal. You can cancel your subscription anytime, there are no annual contracts, however previous charges won't be refunded and you are not able to access the service anymore.

*Cancellations during free trial are not charged.

*PayPal issues receipts monthly. We do not issue receipts for your subscription, however you can request one every month.

How long will it take to get around to my task?

A general rule of thumb is 24 hours on weekdays. However, this varies with the workload we receive on any given day.

How is my privacy protected?

We don't share your personal information with anyone. We put you in control of your privacy with TimeSvr. Information like your passwords are not visible to humans.

What are your work hours?

We work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, holidays included, to help you Save Time & Get Things Done! We do this because we don't want to leave you in limbo, perhaps halfway across the world, when you need us most.

How do I cancel?

Start by clicking the Unsubscribe button in your TimeSvr account page. You'll be redirected to PayPal's login page, log in to your PayPal account and select "Cancel Subscription". You should receive confirmation emails from TimeSvr & PayPal both. You'll also receive an account downgrade email from TimeSvr. Ignore that if you do not have any balance hours in your account.

Are you available in languages other than English?

Sorry, unfortunately not. We do have French/German and other non-English speaking customers who use our services without any problem.

How do I work for you?

Drop us an email at contact@timesvr.com. Please follow this format for the Subject line: VirtualAssistant | YourName | YourLocation. Please attach your portfolio or resume in that email.

I have a large but simple project. Will you do it?

Yes. We'll either break it down to occur as a reminder task (spending 7-15 minutes on it daily). Or if it's a one off, we'll urge you to purchase hours and schedule to complete it within a time-frame. We make the recommendation based on the project.

I used a promo-code and was billed on the first day. How come?

Okay so what happened was that your account was billed because a promo code was used on signup (probably '5943') which traded your 1 day free trial for a $10 discount on the subscription. You may have noticed that your PayPal charge was $59 instead of the usual $69 advertised on our website. PayPal also alerts you to that before charging, but it's easy to overlook.
